Refund Policy



Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one, if the item you bought from our store is faulty or broken. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within 15 days of approval of refund.

A refund request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and tear.


This can be done by completing the following steps;


Email “Attentions Returns Department order #”

Be sure to add photos to help with this request!

You will also be required to send a proof of purchase or tax invoice.


If your refund request is approved it is industry standard that the item is shipped back to us at the expense of the customer. Do not return to supplier!
